Iranian winger Javad Kazemian will join UAE outfits Al Shaab for one year. Kazemian, who played his football for Tehran’s Persepolis club last season, has 29 international caps (one goal) to his name and already played in the UAE league for Al Ahli four years ago.
Kazemian will be on of ten Iranian players who will play in UAE’s highest league in the upcoming season. Beside the 25-year-old and his Iranian teammate at Al Shaab Ali Samereh, Farhad Majidi, Arash Borhani (both Al Nasr), Rassoul Khatibi, Massoud Shojaei (both Al Sharjah), Hossein Kaabi, Reza Enayeti (both Al Emarat) and Iman Mobali and Mehrdad Oladi (both Al Shabab) signed contracts in the Persian Gulf country.
The UAE League served as steppingstone to European club football for Iranian players Ali Karimi (Bayern Munich) and Javad Nekounam (Osasuna).
