Peter Neururer has resigned as coach of Hannover 96 after agreeing terms for his departure from the Bundesliga’s bottom team.
Losing streak
A club statement said they and Neururer “have agreed to part ways”. Hannover have lost their first three games of the 2006/07 season, conceding eleven goals, and have not won in the Bundesliga since March. Neururer, 51, took over at Hannover in late 2005, having previously been in charge of VfL Bochum 1848.
