lmao talebloo is just horrible
at orang: it was ghana’s second team for olympics, it wasnt their main team, qatar beat the same ghana 3-1. so what iran did is nothing special, tho iran did play good, karimi, nekounam, mahdavikia and hashemian were amazing
i wasnt impressed with andranik talebloo and kazemian
kazemian missed a 100% goal chance eventhough he created one goal
i think it should be mahdavikia in his place and kabi doing DWR behind mahdavikia
other than that

p.s khatibi is the worst forward in iranian history, he played bad at world cup bad at asian cup qualifications and horrible during the friendlies. he doesnt deserve to have daie’s 10. i dont think he deserves to even be in team meli.

Yes that was Ghana’s Olympic team with only one foreign player(the captain).
Pt of correction…the team that lost to Qatar was Ghana’s U-20.

In fact, but for the apparent defensive blinders, the Meteor did very well. Can you imagine Ghana parading her national team players against Iran. They couldn’t have scored a single goal. I believe that when this current Meteors team is necessary technical and administrative support, they will go places and make Ghana proud. Kudos Meteors!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well done to Iran but I think Ghana did very well playing one of Asia’s best. Mind you this is only Ghana’s Under 23 squad and also not even the full Under 23 squad was picked because except the Captain no foreign based players were included. I don’t know what the Ghanaian organisers thought they could achieve from playing such a mighty squad as iran with half of the their olympic with no tactical support. I thought poor young players were left to fight for themselves on the pitch and under the circumstances they did exceptionally well.
