I agree with Knight. We had the most misfortunate bounces and outcomes. We had a total of 17 shots on target and only managed to get 2 goals. In any other game, without such bad luck, it could have easily been 6-0. In any case, let us be proud that our country advanced as the number one seed. I’m looking forward to the South Korea game and hopefully, as knight said, we dont have so many bad breaks. I would also like to say that Ali Karimi wasn’t as absent in this game as he was in past two. He could have had two goals to his name but he didnt. Whats the most important thing to acknowledge is that he was an active player in this game and if he can show up to the South Korea game and for the rest of the tournament there is no doubt that Iran will win the Cup.

I think this game was better respect of the one with China
We will support our time no matter what and i would like to see to win this Asian Championship With an IRANIAN coach.

Well done TM, Sometimes you are just unlucky, It happens in any sport. Korea better watch out! cause Helecopter will bring his A game against them as usual. He is eager to score.

I am surprised that Iran didn’t win 7-0 because of all the chances they had. Well at least they won 2-0 over Malaysia.

Finally ghalenoei came to his sneses and put Enayati on center forward. Enayati played better than the last two games. I don’t think khatibi is a good sub. Karimi is slowly rising to the expectations. He shouldn’t be substitued at all. He is one of those players that has the potential to change the fate of the game any time.

ohhhh that should be the most unlucky match for iran since i can remember, so many chances it could have easily been 5-0 or 6-0. but i think our striker use this chance to get to themselves and improve their finishing by sunday.

After playing three games we are yet to play to our full potentials and I think the reason is the coaching staff for putting the players in unfamiliar positions. Unless the headcoach comes up with the right formation from defence to offence, we won’t get too far in this tournament. Once again thank you for kindly showing all the video clips.

Hey Joe, Get some info. on the knock out stage and then post something. Iran will not face the Ubzaks untill Final if they both qualify. If Malaysia played with 11 men inside their field, they could have tied with Uzbikastin and China.

Ali jan Park ju sung is not playing in this tournament due to injury. I am not a big fan of Ghalenoei but atleast he has the guts to substitute the key players ( even his favorite Enayati) something that Branko never used to do
